About Ezogiku
Ramen is one of Japan’s most popular dishes and commonly eaten Japanese food. We’ve been serving Ramen for over 50 years, the original shop having been opened in Tokyo, Japan in 1968. For the past years, we’ve been specializing in Ramen.
We are well known for our most original recipe, MISO (soy bean paste) Ramen. To keep our originality and customer loyalty, we import special Miso spice, a secret recipe which is made at the main branch in Tokyo, regularly from Japan.
